Such barrier, wall or wire fence will remain in position until removal is approved by the Building Inspector. This affidavit is made for the purpose of complying with the provisions of the plumbing code of the City of Oshkosh and the State of Wisconsin, which provides that all plumbing work must be done by a licensed plumber except that the plumbing work may be done by one who owns and occupies his own home providing the installation complies with the plumbing code of the City of Oshkosh and the State of Wisconsin. The following is a list of violations noted on Jan. 29, 1985 during a rough -in inspection. 1. Installed horizontal vent under the kitchen cabinet is below the 36" required by code. s ILHR 82.31(15)(b)2 2. Installed vent connection for 2nd floor toilet is below floor level. s ILHR 82.31(15)(b)3 3. Covered connection between building drain and new drain and waste system before inspection. s ILHR 82.21(1)(b) Correction of listed violations shall be complete by July 19, 1985, and notification for reinspection received in order to clear this matter from inspection records.
