The following will be considered: Approval of Minutes Unfinished Business 1. Approval of Jefferson (400 Block east) Lot Reconstruction Project 2. Approval of Reallocation of Spaces in Jefferson (400 Block East) Lot New Business 1. Selection of Payment Collection Method for Jefferson (400 Block East) Lot 2. Discussion of Other Cities' Approaches to Municipal Parking 3. Proposal to Eliminate Some On-Street Meters Discussion Items 1. Initial Findings of Parking Utilization Study 2.
