Washburn St., Oshkosh, WI Plan ID# F6-333-1008-P Examination of the plumbing plans and specifications for this project has been completed. In accord with Chapter 145, Wisconsin Statute, and COMM 81 through 85, Wisconsin Administrative Code, the plumbing plans and specifications are approved contingent upon compliance with the stipulation(s) noted below. 1. Limit developed length from point of vent to weir of trap served to COMM 82.31 table 82.31-1 2. Drain vent systems require one pipe size increase for building drain that also serves as vent per COMM 82.31 table 82.30-3 3. Only fixtures of one drainage fixture unit or less may discharge into a wet vent serving another fixture per COMM 82.31 4. The grease trap calculation includes only one compartment of the kitchen sink and two dishwasher discharges. The riser diagram includes both sink compartments and will require increased capacity in the grease trap. COMM 82.34 5. Installation of an air admittance valve requires testing of the device before installation per COMM 82.21 6. Design of a vertical wet vent shall include only two wall outlet fixtures per COMM 82.31 7. Full size cleanout access shall be provided for all horizontal building drain per COMM 82.35 8. Based on available pressure, the calculated "A" value for the water distribution will be 13 psi and will limit the dfu load on 3/" PEX to no more than 10 wsfu. COMM 82.40 9. Based on requirements from City of Oshkosh Public Works Department, the sewer and water service connections will be made off Allerton Drive and not S. Washburn St.. In the event installation of this plumbing system has not commenced within two years from this date, this approval shall become void. Anew application accompanied by full examination fees shall be filed and an updated approval received before work may commence. In granting this approval, the City of Oshkosh or its representative does not hold itself liable for any defects in plans or specifications, plan omissions, examination oversight, construction or any damage that may result in or after installation. The City of Oshkosh reserves the right to order changes or additions should conditions arise making this necessary. It shall be necessary for the installing plumber to obtain a plumbing permit from the City of Oshkosh before proceeding with actual installation of this plumbing system or any of its parts.
