Dear Mr Wentzel:
November 19, 1996
We are in receipt of your letter dated November 14, 1996.
We will gladly extend the completion time to next Spring to give you
time to get estimates, etc.
This morning I reinspected the garage in order to answer your
questions on what needs to be done. The following items will need to be
addressed if repaired:
1. The garage leans to the East and would require being straightened.
2. The block foundation on the East also appears deteriorated and
would require repair/replacement.
3. The doors on the structure do not operate properly and are
deteriorated and would require repair.
4. The center support between the two large doors is damaged and
leaning and would required repair/replacement.
5. The exterior deteriorated paint would require scrapeing and
painting.
Please contact this office on or before April 1, 1997 as to the status of
the corrections to the garage.
