My name is Andrew Prickett; I am the City of Oshkosh's new Property Maintenance Inspector.
I am currently updating the existing property maintenance files and I came across your
property located at 835 Powers St. in Oshkosh. You received Correction Notices for your
property dated 6/1/04, 9/20/05, & 10/11/05. There are several violations, which have not been
corrected. All areas on the house and garage where the paint is chipping/peeling need to be
repaired (scraped and painted or re-sided). There is to be no parking in the landscaped area.
All of the garbage/debris/yard waste needs to be cleaned up and disposed of. The trailer
parked on the side of the house, which is filled with debris, is to be removed from the lawn. All
garbage is to be stored behind the house or in the garage. These violations have resulted in
citations being issued in the past and court action pursued. You have been given more than
enough time to correct the violations. This letter will serve as your final notice in regards to
these matters. I have enclosed a new Correction Notice along with some new pictures. If you
don't contact me by the compliance date, 4/25/06, I will. have no other option but to issue you
citations. I hope that citations and court action will not be necessary to remedy this situation.
