The hardware shall be placed at least 34 inches, but not more than 48 inches above the floor surface. A copy of the approved plans, specifications and this letter shall be on-site during construction and open to inspection by authorized representatives of the Department, which may include local inspectors. If plan index sheets were submitted in lieu of additional full plansets, a copy of this approval letter and index sheet shall be attached to plans that correspond with the copy on file with the Department. All permits required by the state or the local municipality shall be obtained prior to commencement of construction/installation/operation. If this construction pro ect will disturb one or more acres of land, an Erosion Control Notice of Intent (NOI) shall be filed with the department 7 days prior to any earth disturbing activities. You will need to either file the NOI and an erosion control plan summary on-line at www.commerce.wi.gov/sb or submit a completed NOI form and either a plan summary or complete plan to us, with additional fees, or to the certified municipality. However, even in the event that the land is titled to the same entity as the Honda and Toyota dealerships, the storm water retention and drainage easements for all three pazcels will need to be executed, as there is no guarantee that all three pazcels will remain under the same ownership in perpetuity. The storm water retention facility on the Toyota site will serve both the Honda and Subaru sites in addition to the Toyota site (all three of which aze located on sepazate legal pazcels), therefore proper agreements will need to be executed in order to ensure that should any one of the pazcels be sold off that all future owners will be aware of the requirements placed upon the pazcels of land. The storm water retention facility, and all overland overflow paths need to be covered under a storm water retention and drainage easement.
