Andrew, Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly.
As a possible solution we are considering placing a door on that open section in the middle and locking all three
doors and only giving keys to our tenants.
I will be sure to make our maintenance tech aware that he needs to be checking the dumpster area every two
weeks on his regular building rounds and to address the situation right away.
I appreciate the pictures and our team is scheduled to be out there around 11am tomorrow to clean and get it
looking the way it should. I will also take your advice and send out a memo to our tenants asking for their help
when it comes to "pitching in".

Tiffany,
1 checked with the Zoning Department on the dumpster enclosure. The guidelines require enclosures to be a
minimum of 6'-0" and a maximum height of 7'-0" If there is an alternative that you would like to discuss you
should call Susan Kepplinger at 236-5058. I honestly don't think it would deter people much due to the fact that
there is an unobstructed path into both sides of the enclosure. Hopefully if you have your maintenance tech keep
tabs on it the problem will get under control. It might be helpful to send out a reminder to your tenants asking
them to please make sure they are appropriately placing their garbage in the designated areas (regular vs..
recyclables) and to ask them that if they see something on the ground it would be nice if they would pitch in to
keep the area looking good. Thanks again for your assistance.

I appreciate your call on this and my maintenance tech is working on scheduling the clean up for tomorrow, Friday
the latest.
I will make sure that he repairs what needs to be done on the door. Do you know if there is any regulations on
putting a fencing up around the top to raise the height of the walls so people cannot toss things over, if we go with
locks on the doors? I think part of the problem is everyone in the neighborhood is using the dumpster, not just
Webster tenants.
