Certain items are missing, therefore, the required Certificate of Occupancy cannot be issued. ^ A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy was granted on ,subject to correcting and obtaining a re-inspection of the attached noted code violations. ^ A Final Electrical Inspection conducted on revealed the attached code violation(s) which have not been re-inspected for compliance. These code violations prohibited Occupancy Approval at the time. ^ A Final Electrical Inspection or Re-inspection was requested, but there was no access to the side at the time of the requested inspection. ® Final Building, Electrical and HVAC Inspections have not been requested or conducted. ^ Other: Without a Certificate of Occupancy there may be delays with any future sale or refinancing of your property.
