Code 30-36 (C)(5)(f) Compliance Compliance Date 09/07/2006 iriveways may be within 6" of a side lot line but shall not interfere with drainage. Summary In order to gain compliance with the code, the drives must be reconstructed as depicted on the building permit site plan. Once permit for said work has been obtained and the work completed, return a signed copy of this notice.
