CONDITION: NFIP Elevation Certificate required due to part of project occurring in floodplain.
NOTE: A minimum 5' green area must be established in the front yard setback between the lot line and the proposed
new paved surface abutting W. 3`d Avenue. See Section 30-35 (I)(1). REVISED PLANS SHOW ALTERATION
AND IS APPROVED.
NOTE: A minimum 6" high curb needs to be installed around the proposed new asphalt drive area. See Section 30-
36 (E)(4). REVISED PLANS SHOW 6" EXTRUDED CURB WILL BE INSTALLED AROUND NEW DRIVE
AREA AND IS APPROVED.
NOTE: No dumpster enclosure area shown on plan. Therefore, no dumpsters permitted on site unless a permit is

that agreement, the amended site plan is submitted on the understanding that it will be
approved as is; no modifications or conditions will be imposed unless approved by us. If
the amended site plan is not approved in accordance with the foregoing, it will be
considered withdrawn and the current approved site plan will remain in effect.
