The rear two additions will be required to be razed. The additions are leaning and have no foundtations. The additions are also open to the exterior and have birds nests inside the structures. An interior inspection revealed structural frarnnu violations and deteriorated framing due to water and bird damage. Windows shall be free of chipped, peeling paint, loose or missing glazing compound, broken panes of glass and be weather tight. All abandoned window and door openings are required to be properly framed and abandoned with code approved exterior siding materials. r-q. f - MUN 7-8 A Building Permit is required for the installation of the 3 new exterior doors. The doors are required to be installed properly and be weather tight. A permit is also required for the installation of a pellet stove as supplementuy heat. These violations will be eliminated with the removal of this section of the building. R 24 2007 Fj MUN 7-8 A building permit is required to be obtained for re-roofing this structure. The roof rafters are required to be inspected due to new franung being visible from the side of this addition. This structure can also be inspected at the time of the roof inspection due to no access at the previous insaections. The foundation is required to be inspected and repaired at this location.
