junk, debris or other condition, which
creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or
hazard. This includes the proper storage
removal of garbage & debris. Garbage shall
be properly stored behind and adjacent to
the rear of the dwelling farthest away from
any public street or sidewalk. All wood,
bricks, and building materials are to be
removed from the propeity.
MUN 17-36A The exterior of every
structure shall be maintained by the owner
in good repair. All exterior surfaces
thereof be kept painted or covered with
exterior siding for purposes of
preseivation and appearance. All building
foundations shall be maintained.

dilapidated or out of repair and consequently
dangerous, unsafe. unsanitary- or otherwise unfit for
human habitation and unreasonable to repair, the building
inspector may order the owner of the building to raze the
building. The rear two additions will be required to be razed.
The additions are leaning and have no foundtations. The
additions are also open to the exterior and have birds nests
inside the structures. An interior inspection revealed
structural frarnnu violations and deteriorated framing due to
water and bird damage.

are required to be properly framed and
abandoned with code approved exterior

MUN 7-8 A Building Permit is required for the installation of the 3
new exterior doors. The doors are required to be installed properly
and be weather tight. A permit is also required for the installation of
a pellet stove as supplementuy heat. These violations will be
eliminated with the removal of this section of the building.

obtained for re-roofing this structure. The roof
rafters are required to be inspected due to new
franung being visible from the side of this addition.
This structure can also be inspected at the time of the
roof inspection due to no access at the previous
insaections.
The foundation is required to be inspected
and repaired at this location. There is a vein
distinct sag in the structure.

*Improperly shingled roof.
