specific violation(s) on July 3, 2007. A schedule of repairs was agreed upon but, to date, has not been met, therefore, the
following violations have been forwarded to this office.

Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10!15/2008
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1:30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what needs to be inspected.

On July 3, 2007 you received a letter of the review of your property at 214 Hudson by staff of the City of
Oshkosh Planning Services Division. This letter identified issues on your property that needed to be
addressed, along with mutually agreed upon dates by which those conditions should be addressed. A
copy of that letter is enclosed.
It appears that you have made an effort to address some of the identified issues and that is appreciated.
If you could please call me at 236-5056 within the next two weeks to discuss your proposed plans in
addressing the balance of the issues identified in that letter.
The original review letter and pre-review advance notice stated that in the event the identified conditions
are not addressed within the established time frame, the matter will be referred to the appropriate
department for traditional enforcement action. It is our sincere hope this will not happen with your
property.

Recently, you received a letter of the planned review of your property at 214 Hudson by staff of the City
of Oshkosh Planning Services Division. This letter identified issues on your property that need to be
addressed in order to improve the appearance and condition of your property and the overall
neighborhood.
Per our conversation with you we have established reasonable and mutually agreed upon dates by which
the property conditions at 214 Hudson Ave. will be addressed. They are as follows:
1. Damaged or deteriorated fencing (17-36A) -1 /3/08
2. All open areas of any sites shall be planted with grass or hardy ground cover (30-35 H (3)) -1/3/08
3. Condition of exterior -chipping paint -rotted wood (17-36A) -for the garage - 1/3/08
Please check with the Inspection Services Division to verify whether or not a permit is required to
address the above conditions and, if applicable, make sure that permits are obtained. All inspectors
maintain office hours between 7:30 - 8:30 am and 12:30 - 1:30 pm, and can be contacted at 236-5050.
The Planned Development Overlay for the Near East Neighborhood approved by the Common Council
requires that the above items shall be addressed in a manner that reflects the general historic architectural
character of the area and that building plans be subject to review and approval by the Department of
Community Development prior to building permit issuance.
