I think it is always good to hear what you want to say and have a question period. We have some new people so it is always good to tell us the procedure that works best for you in handling a notice. Subject: 541 Monroe Hi Andrew, 1-21-08 I just received a call from Dr. Tannen about 541 Monroe st he received the correction notice in the mail. bought the house from him 12-12-07. Before I bought it I came to your office and got a copy of the correction notice. The first 4 are already complied with. 5 is to maintain the exterior I didn't get any photos but I know it needs paint which I have already bought and will use as soon as weather permits. 6 is about openings where rodents may get in and I will close all openings before painting and I have the State weatherization to do for DILHR. Do I need to give you any updates before the weather allows me to begin. We are having a new guy Donn Lord to get the speakers but we at the board make suggestions as to who we get and last meeting we were putting you on our list of speakers we want. Donn has not got started yet so we are all working at it for the moment. If you would like to write another message for our newsletter you can send it to me but maybe a little shorter than the last one please. Subject: file pest report Dear Andrew, 6-1-07 Is it possible for me to put a report from K-C Pest control into the file for 517 School Ave? Patti Stewart rented the apartment then had reasons to get her daughter on the lease then Patti didn't pay rent. I gave them a 5 day notice and Patti told me I had to give her 30 days and that she had moved up north leaving the apartment to her daughter. Her daughter has been paying rent and is now about to give birth so Patti is staying with the daughter and Patti has gone to the emergency room on 5-29-07. Patti called me on 5-30, left a message saying she woke up in the morning 10 days before and had a bruise from an unknown source which may be a bite and tingly symptoms but before her and daughter Jem could go back to the apartment I would have to get it inspected by pest control. Patti called again when I got home and talked a long long time telling me the same stuff and described what sounds like Lyme disease which I had a friend die from. The doctor was giving her rabies shots just in case (she didn't know the source). I got the inspection done right away and they got home shortly after the inspection was done but didn't know it was done and called me up at 11AM 5-31-07 and said that the inspection had to be done by noon the same day according to Maggie the city medical assistance advocate.
