Item # 2 Code MUN 16-35A(6) Compliance Compliance Date 08/29/2008 IMMEDIATELY Description dvisory: No owner or operator shall rent to any other person for occupancy or allow any person to occupy any dwelling unit or premises nless it is safe and clean and complies with all provisions of the Minimum Housing Code and Property Maintenance 08/22/2008 Code. It has been reported that the dwelling unit sustained damage from the flood we experienced in June and that no Geanup efforts were ade by your tenants. Please arrange for an inspection to verify that the unit has been Leaned up.
