Code 17-36B Compliance No Compliance Date 06/13/2003 IMMEDIATELY No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance and eyesore, generating complaints & which affects property values. Unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles or Auto parts are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises or stored inside out of public view. See Photos for locations. TWO NEW UNLICENSED VEHICLES FOUND ON THE PREMISES JUNE 13, 2003. Code 16-37A (2) Compliance No Compliance Date 06/13/2003 IMMEDIATELY Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall maintain in a clean & safe condition that part of the dwelling unit or yard he occupies and controls. The owner will not be held responsible if the names of occupants creating violations are forwarded to this office and tenant eviction proceedings are initiated. Future violations of this/these ordinance(s) will be cited, when found, along with roritten orders to correct. Code 16-37A (3) Compliance No Compliance Date 06/13/2003 IMMEDIATELY Owners or agents shall notify the tenants and insure that garbage shall be properly stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling farthest away from any public street orsidewalk. - Garbage shall not be placed out for pickup earlier than 4:00 p.m. the day before garbage pickup. Garbage to be set out for pickup at least once a week. Future violations of this/these ordinance(s) will be cited, when found, along with written orders to correct.
