RE: VIOLATION/CORRECTION NOTICE - 30 Eveline Street
Dear Mr. Diener:
On April 7, 1994 the above referenced site was inspected and it
was found that a 4 ft. high fence was located within the Interior
Block Site Distance Triangle. You will find enclosed a notice
which describes the Interior Block Site Distance Triangle and
also identifies the specific standards in this regard.
Please note that your existing fence is currently in violation of
Section 30-16(B)(1)(j) Fences and Hedaes / Interior Block Site
Distance Triangle of the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance.
Consequently, the fence must immediately be brought into
compliance with the standards of the Interior Block Site Distance
Triangle as identified by the enclosed notice. Without immediate
compliance, citations may be issued with this issue being turned
over to the City Attorneys office for the appropriate legal
action to gain compliance with the Zoning Ordinance.
