Subject: RE: Sullivan Group Mr. Thomas; You should contact Todd Muehrer, Zoning Administrator on this project. I do not believe we allow signs to be mounted to the facia of a roof overhang. A wall sign must be mounted on the wall. And projecting your next question: I could not find a permit issued for the Moneyline Mortgage sign shown on the photo you submitted, so that would appear to have been installed in violation of our codes.
