In accord with Chapter 145, Wisconsin Statutes, and ILHR 81 through 85, Wisconsin Administrative Code, the plumbing plans and specifications are approved contingent upon compliance with the stipulation noted below: 1. Grease trap not installed as per print. Supply as-built and approval letter for tank. ' 2. Supply os-built for location of water service. 3. lNater riser diagram does not indicate a water distribution for" the service sink. 4. Condensate discharge not indicated on the print submitted. The architect, professional engineer, registered designer, owner or plumbing contractor shall keep, at the construction site, one set of plans bearing the stamp of approval. In the event installation of this plumbing system has not commenced within two years from this date, this approval shall become void. A new application accompanied by full examination fee shall be filed and an updated approval received before work may commence. In granting this approval, the City of Oshkosh or its represent- ative dces not hold itself liable for any defects in plans or specification, plan omissions, examination oversight, construction or any damage that may result in or after installation and reserves the right to order changes or additions should conditions arise making this necessary. It shall be necessary for installing plumber to obtain a plumbing permit from the City of Oshkosh before proceeding with actual installation of this plumbing system or any of its parts.
