Re: CLEANING OF SANITARY SEWER
Dear Mr. Twohig:
On January 5, 1987 the city of Oshkosh was called to clean
the sanitary sewer in Sterling Avenue. Upon arrival, the
crews discovered that the sewer had been plugged with
grease. With the aid of the plumbing inspector, the grease
was traced to your establishment at 914 N. Main Street.
You are fully aware that the State Plumbing Code requires
that all restaurants install and maintain grease separators.
Also, the city of Oshkosh Sewer Use Ordinance requires that
no grease be deposited into the sanitary sewer system.
This letter is to notify you that in light of these require-
ments, you will be billed for the necessary cleaning of the
sanitary sewer line in Sterling Avenue. Said bill will be
forthcoming from the Finance Department.
If you have any questions in regard to this matter, please
call this office or t~:en Robl, Street Superintendent at (23b-
518~7) .
Sincerely,
Gerald konr
