An Occupancy Permit is hereby issued for the new single family residence with

This building is to be used as a new single family dwelling only and is located
in the R-1 Single Family Residence District.
LIMITATIONS:

CONDITIONS: 1) Final yard grade required to be done in compliance with approved
drainage plan.
