Brian;
Have your Plumbing/Utility contractor contact Paul Wolf for the required plumbing permit. I will attach a copy of this e-mail
chain to the Building Permit for the record to identify City acceptance of the storm sewer extension.
Thanks.

Brian,
From an Engineering standpoint, that is acceptable. You should discuss with Inspection Services, as I suspect that a Plumbing
Permit will be required for the installation. A revised Site Dian should be submitted so that we can file with the appropriate site
files.
I would recammer~d that the Bank and ttje awrter of Zion Apartments execute an easement far the area that the new pipe is
installed. I would also recommend that the easement is extended over the existing pipe on Zion's property, since that pipe will
now be draining multiple parcels. That Gvay if eitizer parcel is said in the future, then all potential parties will be aware of the
existence of the starrn sewer, and that there are rights associated with it's installation.
If you have any questions, please da not hesitate to contact us.

Subject: Associated Bank - 444 N. Sawyer St.
James/Todd - In regards to the parking lot reconstruction work at Associated Bank, Northeast Asphalt's building permit was
pulled because of an issue with draining water onto the neighbor's property (Zion Apartments). Before the lot reconstruction
Associated Bank was draining the water from their south driveway into a yard drain on the property of Zion Apartments. That
yard drain is tied into the city's storm sewer on Josslyn St.
I have spoken with the owner of Zion Apartments and they are allowing Associated Bank to install a drain on Associated Bank's
property, and then tie that drain into the existing yard drain which is on Zion Apartments property. I have attached a letter from
them stating that.
Is this something that will be allowed by the city of Oshkosh? The bank will be draining approximately 6800 sf of impervious
surface into their drain, water which had previously going directly into Zion Apartment's drain.
If you have any questions or concerns please give me a call. I can show this on the plan and resubmit it if that is what is

necessary. Just let me know. I need to move on this as soon as possible in order to get the asphalt paving done in the lot this
year. The plan is to install a 24" yard drain with 6" storm sewer pipe connecting into the existing yard drain.
Thank you,
Brian Enders
