Improper storage of garbage, toys, debris (23-8A) (must be stored at rear of dwelling)
Porches/decks with refuse, interior furniture, stored materials (17-36B)
Unlicensed, non street legal, inoperable vehicles or auto parts in public view(17-36B)

Landscaping Items:
Dead or diseased trees, limbs or brush, or stumps with height greater than width(17-36B)
_Rutted lawns/dirt piles/yard waste (17-36B)
Maintain landscape plant materials, fences and architectural features (30-35 H (5))
_All open areas of any sites shall be planted with grass or hardy ground cover(30-35 H(3))
