Summary
A Conditional Approval is granted with missing information given the same building was built
recently and many of these items have been addressed in that project. This is not and will not be
standard procedure given the infinite manners in which a house maybe framed. Future
submittals lacking this amount of framing and other miscellaneous information will be Withheld
for more information.
Given many of these items were identified during the construction process of 3133 Hayward
(same building), these plans should be amended to include the required information. It is the
applicant's responsibility to provide complete and thorough plans.
