Item # 2 Code 17 -36A Compliance No Compliance Date 11/11/2007 Description he exterior of every structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner in good repair. All exterior surfaces thereof be kept painted or covered with exterior siding for purposes of preservation and appearance. The fence is in poor condition and needs to be repaired or 10/12/2007 removed (If this is not your fence please notify this office). Repairs need to be made to the garage including soffit, fascia,roofing, and painting.
