Please contact me immediately at 236-5137 to discuss this notice. ~_ _ , Code MUN 16-31 _ Compliance No Compliance Date 07/25/2008 IMMEDIATELY If the Housing Inspector shall determine a dwelling is in such condition that it constitutes a public nuisance and there is great danger to the ublic health, safety and welfare, the Housing inspector shall cause such dwelling to be posted unfit for human habitation by placed a placard n the dwelling containing the following words: "THIS DWELLING CANNOT BE USED FOR HUMAN HABITATION, OCCUPANCY OR USE" Currently the dwelling unit does not have an active source of heat or hot water and therefore the dwelling unit is untenantable. Immediate repairs shall be made to comply with items 1 and 2 of this notice. Failure to correct items 1 and 2 by 7/25/08 wil result in the dwelling unit being posted unfit.
