If the Housing Inspector shall determine a dwelling is in such condition that it constitutes a public nuisance and there is great danger to the
ublic health, safety and welfare, the Housing inspector shall cause such dwelling to be posted unfit for human habitation by placed a placard
n the dwelling containing the following words: "THIS DWELLING CANNOT BE USED FOR HUMAN HABITATION, OCCUPANCY OR USE"
Currently the dwelling unit does not have an active source of heat or hot water and therefore the dwelling unit is untenantable.
Immediate repairs shall be made to comply with items 1 and 2 of this notice. Failure to correct items 1 and 2 by 7/25/08 wil
result in the dwelling unit being posted unfit. Please contact me immediately.

Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/25/2008
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1:30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what needs to be inspected. ,
