Home My WebLink About08-11 REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH, WISCONSIN JULY 16, 2008 08-11 RESOLUTION (CARRIED__6-1__ LOST _______ LAID OVER _______ WITHDRAWN _______) PURPOSE: REQUEST OSHKOSH COMMON COUNCIL TO HOLD LIQUOR LICENSE FOR FUTURE USE WITHIN DESIGNATED REDEVELOPMENT AREAS WHEREAS, the City of Oshkosh has a Combination "Class B" liquor license available; and WHEREAS, the Oshkosh Common Council will be reviewing applications to determine whom to grant the license to; and WHEREAS, from a redevelopment standpoint, it would be desirable to have a Combination "Class B" liquor license available for a future redevelopment project in a designated redevelopment area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Oshkosh that the Authority hereby requests that the Oshkosh Common Council consider holding the available Combination "Class B" liquor license for a future redevelopment project within a designated redevelopment area.
