If you have any questions regarding the requirements of his notice contact me immediately at 236-5137. 1 Code MUN 16-35A(2) Compliance No Compliance Date 07/24/2008 ~n very outside stair, every porch, every guardrail and every appurtenance thereto shall be so constructed as to be safe to use and capable of upporting the load that normal use would cause to be placed thereon, and shall be kept in sound condition & good repair. The stairs to the i8 pper unit are in poor condition and shall be rebuilt or removed. Owner stated on site that he intends to remove the stairs and convert the roperty back to asingle-family dwelling. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as pecified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s) to schedule a re-inspection of the property. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/24/2008 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1:30 p.m. or by appointment.
