Basement shall be properly cleaned and sanitized due to sewer backup/flooding.

Every dwelling unit shall have water-heating facilities, which are properly installed, maintained in good working condition and capable of
upplying hot water to all fixtures.
At inspection water heaters did not work. Water heaters shall be serviced by a qualified repairman. It is recommended that the water heaters
nd furnace be replaced due to submersion.

eplaced/repaired by a licensed plumber with permit.

and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7!1/2008
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1:30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what needs to be inspected
