The submittal has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED. The owner, as defined in chapter 101.01(10), Wisconsin Statutes, is responsible for compliance with all code requirements. The following conditions shall be met during construction or installation and prior to occupancy or use: NOTE: Per a letter received from the designer dated August 31, 1999, the front cover page of the building plans reads sprinkled per NFPA 13. This is referring to the basement space only. Plans reflect which parts of the building are sprinklered. NOTE: Attached is a letter concerning the childcare numbers and ages that this facility will be seeking licensure for. Based on that letter, an additional water closetwas added to the toilet room located in room 109. See attached page. The owner shall not exceed these numbers of children unless toilet needs, on a room by room bases, is re- evaluated, and additional toilet facilities are installed, as required per COMM 60.15(2). • COMM 50.12 Prior to installation, one copy of the truss plans and calculations shall be submitted to this office and one copy provided at the job site. When the total building volume exceeds 50,000 cubic feet, each set of plans shall bear an indication of review which has been signed or initiated by the building designer of record. • COMM 50.12 This review does not include heating, ventilating or air conditioning. However, we currently have large classrooms like this and enjoy the extra play space for the children. We do not wish to put more children in the rooms, but this does leave us the flexibility to add play equipment or increase the storage space if ever needed.
