DEDICATkON 4F EASEMENT
Zion 1~uzheran Church, being the owner of the premises described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and made a pay hereof, does hereby dedicate an easement far ingress and egress to the
premises described in Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof, said easement is described
in Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NQW ~'H1rREFORE, the undersigned hereby dedicates the lands described in Exhibit C
as an easement for izxgress and egress to the lands it joins as described in Exhibit 13 fox purposes
of providizxg access thereto, which easement shall run with the land and inure to the benefit of the
present owner of Exhibit A which includes the lands described in Exhibits B and C anal all
successor owners of the lands described in Exhibits A and B ar any par[ thereof which abuts the
easements described in Exhibit C; this easetztent to be an easement in common to serve the
premises described in Exhibit B and all future parcels of laztd located in the premises described
in Exhibit A which abut or rewire the use of the easement described in Exktibit C fox ingress and
egress to the adjoining public road.
Provided and subject to a further agreement concerning said easement, the undersigned
sktall be reasonable for the installation and maintenance of all improvements and repairs of said
easement as described in Exhibit C for such time as the undersigned shall own alI of the land
described in Exhibit B, and in the event tktere is any different owner ar different parcels of what
now constitutes Exhibit S, tlae undersigned in appropriate deeds of conveyance, or in an
amendment to this easement, shall assign responsibility I'or t'x-aitatenacace anal repair of the
izn.provements to be located on and over said easement area which responsibility shall thereafter
cpntinue to the title holders thereof as a covenant running with the land in consideration of the use
of said easement as granted by this instrument.
