Created by - dff O.IHKOlH orl nie wain City of Oshkosh Department of Community Development 06/ 09/08 JUNE 24, 2008 08 -214B RESOLUTION (CARRIED 7 -0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS; APPROVE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT: B) 2127 JACKSON STREET INITIATED BY: B) KWIK TRIP INC PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved with conditions as noted BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that conditional use permits are hereby granted for the following properties under Section 30 -11 of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance, and that said permits are granted with conditions, if any, as noted for each respective property, and the Planned District Overlay and development plans, per the attached exhibits, are hereby approved. B) 2127 Jackson St.; Kwik Trip Inc A conditional use permit for development of a Kwik Trip automobile service and retail establishment, car wash and associated site improvements, per the attached "Exhibit B ", with the following conditions: 1) Properties are divided /combined into a single parcel. 2) Cross access easements /agreements between the subject lot and future lot to the north are provided. 3) Driveway sizes and design are adjusted to meet code standards. 4) Access control variance is received for driveway locations. 5) Pedestrian connections are established from the retail building to the public walk. 6) Car wash hours of operation be limited to 7 am to 10 pm.
