A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 27-
23(A-11) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO PARKING
REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 27-23(A-11) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to parking regulations on designated streets and alleys is hereby amended as follows:
A-11 PARKING REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS
OHIO STREET
Delete Therefrom: No parking, east side, from the Fox River to 4t"
Avenue.
No parking, west side, from 10t" Avenue to 50 feet
south.
No parking, west side, from 144 feet south of South
Park Avenue to 200 feet north of South Park Avenue.
No parking, east side, from 8t" Avenue to 7t" Avenue
between 5:00 a. m. and 8:00 a. m., Monday through
Friday.
No parkinq~, west side, from the Fox River to 158 feet
south of 9t Ave.
No parking, east side, from 7t" Avenue to 5t" Avenue.
No parking, east side, from 4t" Avenue to 5t" Avenue
between 5:00 a. m. and 8:00 a. m., Monday through
Friday.
No parking, east side, from 8t" Avenue to 14t" Avenue.

Delete Therefrom: 2-hour parking, west side, from 158 ft. south of West
9t" Avenue to West 10t" Avenue.
Add Thereto: No parking, west side, from the Fox River to 144 feet
south of South Park Avenue.
No parking, east side, from the Fox River to 14t"
Avenue.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, publication, and placement of the appropriate signage.
