Heise Josslyn St. , ,~~~~~, Winnebago County Attention: Mr. Clyde Bryant ' Gentlemen: An inspection by the City of Oshkosh and myself revealed some modifications from the previously approved plans. I tried calling you Wednesday but you had "stepped out for a minute". I talked to John Winning instead. He said it was 1 not n?cessary to send plans for approval and an approval fee ./~ , but to cover the changes by letter. However I am sending,.,- ~~ one plan for your record showing the substltution of a stud wall in the basement in place of an op rea wi ~ aJI~ inch steel beam lintel, (Section 2/10) and a steel angle lintel in place of a concrete lintel L-1 (Section 1/10). Most other questionable items were resolved and will be corrected by the owner. One important item questioned were the Peachtree Door Co. sliding doors for exits at the second story jump platforms. Mr. Helmeid said he would send me a copy of approval No.730304 regarding this type of outside sliding door. The owner has also talked to Mr. Helmeid because this building has electric heat without forced air. The conclusion was that as long as there is a unit within ten feet of the door convection heat circulation will be satisfactory.
