Oshkosh NOTICE DELIVERED/EXPLAINED T0: _ mailed to owner at 130 gsslvn Street n~h~~eh cc: ITEM # ORDER FINDINGS OF INSPECTION 1 Sec. 30-20 In regard to the warehouse building. erected in 1984, the Ordinance ( (C)(3) required all parking areas (which includes access drive, aisles'& (1986) area where vehicles park during loading & unloading), to be hard surfaced. The north side of the building has not been improved per this requirement. 2 Sec•.30-20 In regard to the warehouse building erected in 1984, the Ordinance (C)(5) required all parking areas (which includes access drives, aisles & (1986) the area where vehicles park during loading & unloading) to have a suitable fence, wall or evergreen shrub border at least 5 ft, high along all property lines abutting a residential district. The north side of the building has not been improved per this requirement.. 3 Sec. 30-30 In regard to the warehouse building erected in 1987, the Ordinance (D)(2) requires all parking areas (including access drives and aisles) to (1987) have a suitable fence, wall or evergreen shrub border at least 5 ft. high along all propertylines abutting a residential district. The north side of the building has .not been improved per this requirement. The hard surfacing of the access drive and aisle on the north side of the buildings and the erection of a 5 ft. solid fence (o.r other per Code), will correct these Code Violations. BLUEMKE PLEASE NOTE The attached Violation/Correction Notice sets forth Code Sections for which violations have been identified. A permit and/or permits may be required to correct the violation(s) cited.. OTHER COMMENTS: The City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance that was in effect when the first building was erected in 1984 required parking areas to be hard surfaced 'and a suitable barrier between off-street parking and an abutting residential district.
