A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 27-14(B),
SECTION 27-23 (A-5) AND SECTION 27-23(A-11) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL
CODE PERTAINING TO TRUCK ROUTES, LOADING ZONES AND PARKING
REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 27-14(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to designated truck routes is hereby amended as follows:
Delete Therefrom: Algoma Boulevard (Highway 110) - Congress
Avenue to north city limits
Fernau Avenue -Highway 110 to Jackson Street
Snell Road -Highway 110 to County Trunk "A"
Add Thereto: Algoma Boulevard (Highway 45) -Congress Avenue
to north city limits
Fernau Avenue -Snell Road to Vinland Road
Snell Road -Highway 45 to County Trunk "A"
SECTION 2. That Section 27-23(A-5) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to loading zones is hereby amended as follows:
A-5 LOADING ZONES
Delete Therefrom: Nebraska Street, east side, from 65 to 85 feet north of
West 9t" Avenue

SECTION 3. That Section 27-23(A-11) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
parking regulations on designated streets and alleys is hereby amended as follows:
A-11 PARKING REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS
MONTCLAIR PLACE
Add Thereto: No parking, north side, from Oakwood Road to 74
feet west.
OREGON STREET
Delete Therefrom: 15-minute parking, east side, from 35 feet north of
17t" Avenue to 104 feet north of 17t" Avenue between
8:00 a. m. and 10:00 p. m.
Add Thereto: 2-hour parking, east side, from 35 feet north of 17t"
Avenue to 104 feet north of 17t" Avenue between
8:00 a. m. and 10:00 p. m.
17TH AVENUE
Delete Therefrom: 15-minute parking, north side, from 20 feet east of
Oregon Street to 110 feet east of Oregon Street
between 8:00 a. m. and 10:00 p. m.
Add Thereto: 2-hour parking, north side, from 20 feet east of
Oregon Street to 110 feet east of Oregon Street
between 8:00 a. m. and 10:00 p. m.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, publication, and placement of the appropriate signage.
