Brief history review: Orders issued September 4,1990 to repair/replace deteriorated windows. Another order was issued Apri125,1995 to correct the same violation, deteriorated windows. Apparently nothing had been done in the past four and one half years. I have spoken to the owner several times concerning these windows. The Apri125, 1995 notice was a FINAL N TICE due to the prior orders. I have had alot of trouble with the owner of this property (a City Fireman) to keep the premises maintained and make repairs as ordered. A permit shall be obtained. 2. 16-35 (2) The guadrails on the front porch are deteriorated and shal be replaced to Code. SEE ENCLOSURE 3. 16-35 (d) The storm door on the front shall be replaced. 4. 16-35 (1) An inspection of the interior revealed that the walls and ceilings in the first floor apartment were in poor condi- tion euith holes etc. All walls and ceilings in the first floor unit shall be repaired to a smooth surface. 5. 16-34 2b Mechanical ventilation shall be installed in the showerroo in the first floor 6: ILHR82~.10 There is no~shutoff valve on 'rst floor toilet. 7. 16-35 (e) The first floor bath door is off its hinges and shall be r hung. 8. 16-33 (7 The smoke detector in the first floor is non-functional. 9. 16-35 (d Most of the windows are in poor condition and shall be re- paired and reglazed to stop cold air infiltration during win ter months.
