1. 1633 (6) New front steps are being built without a permit and they
do not meet current Codes. A permit shall be obtained.
2. 16-35 (2) The guadrails on the front porch are deteriorated and shal
be replaced to Code. SEE ENCLOSURE
3. 16-35 (d) The storm door on the front shall be replaced.
4. 1635 (1) An inspection of the interior revealed that the walls and
ceilings in the-first floor apartment were in poor condi-
tion evith holes etc. All walls and ceilings. in the first
floor unit shall be repaired to a smooth surface.
5. 1 634 2b Mechanical ventilation shall be installed in the showerroo
in the first floor

7. 16-35 (e~ The first floor bath door is off its hinges and shall be r

8. 16-33 (7 The smoke detector in the first floor is non-functional.

paired and reglazed to stop cold air infiltration during
win ter months.

10 18-79.1A The garage and side entry are obviously falling away from
the main dwelling and continued movement can he noted due
• to the cracking in the roofing tar along the dwelling and
the sinking portion. The garage and side entry shall be
removed from the property or jacked up to a level position
and resupported at the foundation. A permit will be re-
quired for this work.
11, 16-33 ,(6) The basement steps are in poor condition and shall be re-

. 16-35 (3) The waterheater had a relief valve runoff tube which is
too short and has a threaded end. The tube shall be re-
placed with proper material.
13. 16- u~le~ and switch plates are missing in the lower front
bedroom.
14. 16-33 (6) The carpeting on the interior stairs to the second floor
shall be removed'as it is loose and creates a tripping
hazard.
15. 16-33 (6) There is no handrail on the side entry steps.
A reinspection will be made on September 14 1990 to assur
compliance.
