Occupants TTEM # CODE FINDINGS OF INSPECTION SECTION 1 16-35A (6) Safe & Clean dwelling units and premises. No owner shall rent to any other person for occupancy or allow any person to occupy any dwelling unit or premises unless it is safe & clean, and complies with all provisions of the Minimum Housing Code and with Section 18-79.1 of this Code. 2 16-37A (3) Gazbage is again being stored at the front of the dwelling West of the front porch by the driveway. This violation was ordered corrected April 25, 1995. This is a FINAL NOTICE for this violation. Future violations will result in citations being requested and issued to both the owner (and occupants of the dwelling if known). 3 18-79.1A Now that the breezeway and gazage have been removed, it is apparent that there is 16-35A (1) severe deterioration to the perimeter beam of the reaz attached portion of the dwelling (kitchen). It also does not appeaz that the kitchen portion is properly supported allowing the kitchen portion to pull away from the main dwelling and sag downwazd. An inspection by the building inspector will be required before closing up the azea in question (Southwest corner)to determine what steps may be required to repair the support structure in this azea. 4 16-33A (6) A platform and steps including handrails and guazdrails built to code shall be installed for the West entry/exit door. Permit Required. 5 16-34A (3) Exterior lighting shall be installed to illuminate the new West steps. Permit Required. CORRECTION SCHEDULE for 203 W Irving Avenue Item #2 shall be corrected immediately and not reoccur in the future. Items #1, #3, #4 & #5 shall be corrected or contracted for before September 1,1995. This inspection was made to assure items #3 & #4 were corrected from orders issued Apri125, 1995. Item #3 still remains uncorrected.
