The roof in question must be designed and constructed to support at least 30 PSF. 2~/ 21.17 Install a suitable cover on the sump pit. 3.) 21.04 Bring up grade at the front stoop. 21.22 Install additional 2x10 floor joist in the basement where the spacing exceeds 16 inches on center. All above items must be corrected, and final inspection called for within 30 days of this notice in order to secure the certificate of occupancy.
