PURPOSE: FINDING THAT DEVELOPMENT PLAN IS CONSISTENT
WITH SOUTH SHORE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT PLAN /
WEST 6TH AVENUE & SOUTH MAIN STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Oshkosh that
the proposed use of the property at the northwest corner of S. Main Street and W. 6th
Avenue, per the attached plan, is consistent with the South Shore Redevelopment
Project Plan, as amended.

.O1 Convert 16,345 SF former T & J office/factory building into a
8,821 SF yacht club with bar, restaurant, and locker room facility
.02 Create new parking lot per site plan dated 6.8.07
.001 68 stalls adjacent to proposed yacht club directly to the south
.002 44 additional stalls adjacent to the 68 stalls to the south
.003 12 additional stalls adjacent to the proposed yacht club directly to
the east
2.0 Maintenance/Storage Building (Building Number 2)
.Ol Former T & J 15,700 SF warehouse/assemble building to be used for
storage and maintenance, no change of use
.02 Parking is east of this building and is the 44 car lot mentioned in 1.022
above

maintenance and storage, no change of use
