Dear Garry:
Per your request a final building inspection was made at 50
Johnson Avenue on November 8, 1994. The following items were
found to be in noncompliance:
1) er ILHR 21.04, install code compliant handrails at the rear
terior stairway from the deck to grade. (30 to 34 inches above
the nosing of the treads, and a gripping surface not to exceed 2-
5/8 inches in width)
2 dditional permits shall be obtained to cover the partial
finishing off of the lower level.
All above items must be corrected, and final inspection called
for within 30 days of this notice in order to secure the
certificate of occupancy. Please call 236-5051 if you have any
further questions in this matter.
