We have reviewed the specific code requirements for the building or structure including, but not limited to, Ind. 54.01, Ind. 55.02, Ind. 56.02, Ind. 57.01 (construction, height and allowable area), Ind. 50.12, Ind. 51.03, Ind. 53, Ind. 55.05 and Ind. 54.50, when applicable, and have shown compliance on the drawings. We agree to make any changes required after the plans have been reviewed and to remove or replace noncode complying parts of the foundation and/or footings. We agree to proceed with the footings and foundation only and will not continue with the remainder of the building or structure until approval has been received. We understand that, prior to the start of construction, a Building Permit must be obtained from the local authorities having jurisdiction in accordance with their laws and ordinances.
