Affiant, John M. Fitzpatrick, Acting City Manager of the
City of Oshkosh, hereby swears or affirms that a certain
document recorded on the 5th day of December, 2006, as
Document No. 1419103 which was recorded in Winnebago
County, State of Wisconsin, contained the following error:
A mortgage was conveyed to the City of Oshkosh, a municipal
corporation, located in Winnebago County, Wisconsin from
Algoma Building LLC on property commonly known as 110
Algoma Boulevard, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, noted the following
incorrect legal description:

said Lot, 6 ft., thence NEIy at right angles S Wly line of said lot to a point of intersection with the SEIy line
of said lot, thence SWIy along the SEIy line of said lot to the point of beginning, 7th Ward, City of
Oshkosh
That should be corrected to read:
Being a part of Lot 9, excluding the N 10 ft. thereof, Cottrill's Subdivision of Lot 1, Block 44 and a part
of Lot 10, Cottrill's Subdivision of Lot 1, Block 44, described as follows: Commencing at the SEIy corner
of Lot 10, thence NWIy along the SWIy line of said Lot, 6 ft., thence NEIy at right angles SWIy line of
said lot to a point of intersection with the SEIy line of said lot, thence SWIy along the SEIy line of said lot
to the point of beginning, 7th Ward, City of Oshkosh
