It was denied. The rule provides that all. three starer places of abode, other than hospitals and places of detention, shall be aL least Type 6 construction as specified in Section Ind 51.03. The variance requested was to allow a three story frame constructed building (Type 8 eonstruction) in lieu of the code requiraement.
