Dear Mr. Dannhoff:
We have sent two (2) letters (January 12, 2000 and January Z6, 2000) indicating
that the windows have been repaired.
I recently received an "updated" Correction Notice that still does not respond to
our understanding that we are in compliance with respect to these windows.
Also, item no. 3 regarding vehicles being illegally parked is listed as "Not
Checked". We believe this too is incompliance. The SchmiedeI's have indicated that
they have addressed this concern and believe it has been remedied,
Item no. 2 regarding garbage and debris is listed as being in compliance yet item
no. 8 which deals with some of the same issues has not been adequately addressed. Same
with item no. 4 relating to item no. 8. It appears these issues are being repeated and that
in itself is confusing.
On the Correction Notice I received, itcm no. 4 is listed as not being in
compliance and there is a large question mark in yellow hig~ilighter written through this
order. What does that mean?
Finally, at the Introduction section of the Correction Notice received there has
been typed in: COMPLIANCE WITH THIS CORRECTION NOTICE DOES NOT
INFER THE PREMISES IS FULLY INCOMPLIANCE.
Why is that written on the Notice? I understood the purpose of the Correction
Notice was to deal with items needing attention to bring the property into compliance. If
all items listed have been corrected aad approved, and your individual item number states
Compliance -YES, why is the compliance issue being left "open".
