ITEM # ORDER FINDINGS OF INSPECTION
1. 16-33 (7) There are no functioning smoke detectors in the dwelling.
Smoke detectors are required on all floors including the
basement. Tenants claim there have never been smoke de-
tectors during their tenancy.
2. 16-33 (6) Handrails are required on both sides of the front steps &
on the basement stairs and rear exit stairs.
3. 16-34 (1) The kitchen heat duct has been disconnected from the furna

baths shall be made to open properly and supplied with
screens.

16-34 (3) Romex has been run under the ground to supply the garage
with electricity.
13. 16-35 (1) There are holes from the large bathroom into the basement.
14. 16-35 (d) Windows in the rear attached shed are broken as is the
panes in the door.
15. 16-35 (1) The large bathroom floor, flooring, walls, tub tiles and
surround and ceiling rare in a deteriorated condition and
shall be repaired or replaced to a sanitary condition.
16. 16-35 (d) The upper sash pane i7z the West kitchen window is broken.
17. 16-35 (1) The dining room and living room ceilings have portions tha
are unkeyed and the plaster is beginning to fall.
18. 16-35 (3) The kitchen sink waste has been installed without permit
and is draining into a possible open sewer.
19. ILHR21.04 Guardrails are required on the West porch.
20. JEC210-70 A light fixture is required on the West entry of the house.

25. 18-79.1A There are portions o~ the dwelling that have chipped and
peeling paint.
26. 16-35 (4) The venting on the water heater is not proper in the manne
it was installed.
27. 18-79..1A A panel in the garage door has been broken out.

to assure progress in .the correction of the violations.
