Brief History Review: Orders issued 09/24/98, one week before Lori Mathusek became rental property manager. Final Notice issued following reinspections October 24, 1999. Contact was made with Lori and she stated these orders were forwarded to Mr Mathusek as they were issued prior to her taking over.
