to repair deteriorated West porch sand 16-35A (6), rental and allowing
occupancy of a dwelling which does not meet Oshkosh Minimum
Housing Codes.
Brief History Review: Orders issued 09/24/98, one week before Lori
Mathusek became rental property manager. Final Notice issued
following reinspections October 24, 1999. Contact was made with Lori
and she stated these orders were forwarded to Mr Mathusek as they
were issued prior to her taking over. A reinspection today revealed
nothing has been done and the yard is a terrible mess with garbage and
debris.: Obviously Lori is nafmonitoring this property. SEE
