Subject: Update for 308 W 19th Ave I met on site with Paul and a representative from TCF National Bank to discuss the code violations on this property. He had a contractor with him that viewed the property and determined that the costs to repair the code violations would be greater than 50% of the assessed value. The bank stated that they were not willing to put any money into the structure. They may contact you to discuss holding off on the raze order. He stated that the bank was not the owner of the property at this time but they would like us to hold off on the raze so that they can put it up for another sheriffs auction. There was also a gentleman from Wesley heating that was trying to get the heating system to function but he stated that the system was totally shot. Paul told everyone on site that the water should be turned off due to the fact that there is no heat in the building.
