Reinspection on October 11, 1989 revealed some progress. SECOND ..,~_ NOTICE mailed and a reinspection on October 31,.1989 revealed a little more progress. FINAL NOTICE mailed November 2, 1989 and a reinspection on November 13, 1989 revealed no further progress. __~ The basement stairs in their present condition are dangerous es- ._ pecially without a handrail as is the exit on the second floor where there are no guardrails to keep someone from falling off.
