SECTION
1 16-37A (1) The owner of every dwelling shall be responsible for maintaining in a safe, clean
and good condition all communal, shazed or public azeas of the dwelling and
appurtenant premises. Yards shall be maintained by the owner according to the
provisions of Section 18-69A and 18-79.1B of the Oshkosh property Maintenance
Code.
2 16-35A (6) No owner shall rent to any other person for occupancy or allow any person to
occupy any dwelling unit or premises unless it is safe and clean and complies with all
provisions of the Minimum Housing Code and Section 18-79.1 of the Property
Maintenance Code.
3 16-37A (2) Every occupant of a dwelling or dwelling unit shall maintain in a clean condition
that part of the dwelling, dwelling unit and yazd which he/she occupies or controls.
4 30-32B (5) The abovementioned vehicles aze being pazking illegally in the West designated
setback (Lawn) on both this property and on 731 Scott Avenue. I

CORRECTION SCHEDULE
This parking shall cease and not reoccur in the future. Any future violations will result
in the owners of the vehicles being cited and fined $141.50 per day per violation. The
owner of the property will also be cited unless steps are taken to prohibit the parking.
No trespassing/parking signs would relieve the owner of some responsibility.
